At some point before October, I have to log in with Windows 10 to reset the clock on my account before installing Linux. I don’t think it is worth buying a new PC that can run 11, given that I don’t do actual work on it any more, and 11 seems horrible and the entire x86 line seems moribund and a waste of energy. AMD’s new stuff seems very nice, but I’m not paying for the AI focus, and I’ve heard rumors they will have their own ARM chip RSN. If they are half as successful at ripping off Apple as with the AI chip, that should be very nice.
I’m thinking Garuda Linux (Arch, btw), because Garuda is also a frame from Warframe, which is where I waste my gaming time these days. Ezo_Red_Fox_Friend, if you are on there. I’m working on my last achievement, the million meter k-drive/goat skateboard run.
